Great and affordable

I have been using this for about 5 months now and for the first while I used it with a thin pillow like recommended. Now I use it by itself wrapped in a pillow case. One of the best things I have used for waking up without a sore neck. It took a bit to not sleep partially on it with my ear (bit of discomfort when I did). It is also lightweight and extremely portable. I have packed it with me on several trips now.

I have used the McKenzie Cervical Roll in the past for neck issues. It is very helpful. I find it works well whether I am sleeping on my back or on my side. There is good support for the neck plus you do not wake up with a sore neck.

Perfect Roll!

This perfect roll fit into a pillow that I was currently using without it all unravelling and flatten out by using a rolled towel. I like how it fits in a pillow that did not need to be a memory foam but still has the neck support to keep my spine straight while I sleep. had a comfortable sleep and glad I bought this!

Finally getting a good night's sleep!

I had cervical fusion 7 months ago. After 3 months in a cervical collar, I found sleep a distant memory. Even using a very thin pillow, in the first 2 collar-free months, I'd wake up with a sore neck. Finally, I was able to begin physio and it was my physiotherapist who suggested this pillow. She even let me borrow one for a few nights to try out. That extra support for my neck made a huge difference and now I at least sleep better and wake up without a sore neck. Definitely worth the money. (Wish I'd had one right from when my neck got damaged, I might have slept better for the past 3 years!)
