What is your Shipping Policy?

In Canada, we’re happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100*. Orders under $100 are a flat rate of $9.99*. *Please note the larger items may require additional charges. If applicable, this will be indicated under the ‘Shipping’ section on the right hand side of each product page. In The United States, we offer $20 flat rate shipping on orders under $70**, and $35 flat rate shipping on orders over $70** For full shipping terms please visit our Shipping Policy page.

What is your Return Policy?

We accept most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is as a result of our error (ie. incorrect or defective item), we’ll pay the return shipping. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are not able to accept returns on any hygienic items. Unfortunately, and for the benefit of our customers, we are unable to accept returns on merchandise that has been opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges for complete details on returns.

Do products come with a warranty?

We are proud to offer some of the best warranties in the industry. We select products based on their quality and in many cases the warranty that comes with the product is a big part of what makes these products such great quality. Do you offer repair services?

Yes, we do. We are proud to offer repair services for everything we sell such as scooters, lifts, power wheelchairs, rollators and more. Please note that repairs can only be done locally in the Greater Edmonton Area.

Do you offer in-home deliver and installation?

We offer in-home delivery and installation of all medical equipment in the Greater Edmonton Area.

Are you able to bill my insurance company?
