Position the small hole in the outer silicone insert over the bony point on the outer side of the elbow. The DonJoy logo should face forward.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIf additional compression is needed, attach the removable strap to the hook and loop patch on the front of the support and wrap it around the forearm.
