About this product
The EMP Support Bolster, developed by Dr. Fahrni, is designed to help reduce pressure and muscle tension in the lower back while encouraging proper sitting posture. By supporting the natural curve of the spine, the bolster helps position the pelvis correctly and can help relieve discomfort associated with prolonged sitting.
Using a lumbar support bolster may also help reduce strain caused by tight hamstrings by gently tilting the pelvis into a more natural alignment. This can help promote better posture and improved comfort whether at home, at work, or during daily activities.
Please note: Available in 3 height options to suit different seating preferences. Standard fabric colours include Green (8"), Blue (10"), and Burgundy (12"). All sizes are also available in durable Black Vinyl for easy cleaning.
