About this product
The PrimeMat 2.0 is a tough and lightweight fall mat designed to provide coverage alongside the bed and reduce impact in the event of a fall. As part of a comprehensive fall prevention program, the PrimeMat 2.0 is the ideal choice for providing a safe environment for those at high risk of falling out of bed.
The mat even passed a 5 foot "Egg Drop Test" where an egg was dropped from 5 feet above the mat without damage.
Features
- Full 72" length – provides maximum coverage alongside the bed
- Tough and lightweight – constructed with a high quality molded Polyurethane foam inner core (210 kgs/cubic meter) to provide maximum absorption and rebound to reduce impact in the event of a fall
- Low profile with tapered edges – allows equipment such as overbed tables or patient lifts to roll over easily
- Anti-slip bottom netting – keeps the mat secure to help prevent accidental tripping
- Non-slip pattern – helps minimize slipping
- Embossed non-slip PVC leather-look top – attractive, extremely durable, and puncture resistant
- Easy to clean with mild soap and water
