Returns & Exchanges

You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

**Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Except in the case of an error made by us or manufacturer defect**

To maintain hygienic standards in accordance with Alberta Health and Health Canada infection and disease prevention initiatives ALL medical, surgical, and rehabilitation equipment and soft supports are non-returnable, unless they have a manufacturer guarantee. Other items we do not return include (but are not limited to):

  • Personal Protection Equipment (Masks, Sanitizers, Gowns, Gloves)
  • Lift Chairs, Scooters or Power Chairs
  • Bedding Accessories
  • Breast Pumps
  • Compression Stockings
  • Ostomy Products
  • Support & Braces
  • Bathroom Equipment
  • Pressure Prevention items (including Sheepskin, Ventopedic)
  • Nursing Clothes 
  • Clearance Items
  • Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Special order items

We cannot accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more then 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email.

Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Satisfaction Guarantee on Lift Chairs & Power Mobility

Healthcare Solutions is happy to offer a satisfaction guarantee on all Lift Chair and Power Mobility purchases. 

Within 72 hours of delivery, if you are not satisfied with a Lift Chair or Power Mobility product you received, we will initiate an exchange for a product that will better suit your needs.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee Conditions

  • Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to Lift Chair and Power Mobility purchases
  • Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to custom or special-ordered products
  • You must contact Healthcare Solutions within 72 hours of the delivery date of the product(s) to initiate the process
  • Product(s) must be in like-new condition, without any physical damage incurred within the 72-hour period
  • Delivery charges will not be credited; regular delivery charges will apply to your reselection
  • Products are subject to approval by Healthcare Solutions
