Refund Policy

Please note the following regarding our return policy:

  • Most new, unopened items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, except in cases of store or manufacturer errors.

Return Policy

To ensure hygiene standards aligning with Alberta Health and Health Canada's infection and disease prevention efforts, items that directly touch the skin or are classified as medical, surgical, or rehabilitation equipment are non-returnable, unless covered by a manufacturer guarantee.

In addition to the above, returns are not accepted for the following:

  • Personal protection equipment (masks, sanitizers, gowns, gloves)
  • Bedding accessories
  • Breast pumps
  • Compression stockings
  • Ostomy products
  • Orthopedic support & braces
  • Bathroom equipment
  • Pressure prevention items
  • Adhesive dressings
  • Liquids (creams, gels, wash solution)
  • Nursing clothes
  • Clearance items
  • Items marked as online only. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  • Parts and components
  • Special order products (products that are not in-stock and have to be specially ordered)
  • Customized products
  • Items acquired through contests or giveaways cannot be returned or exchanged

Large Equipment Return Policy

At Healthcare Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your Lift Chair, Power Mobility or Bed purchase, we offer a return and exchange policy.

Please review the conditions below:

  • Applies exclusively to Lift Chair, Power Mobility, and Bed purchases (excluding mattresses).
  • Not applicable to custom or special-ordered products.
  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
  • Products must be in like-new condition without physical damage within 72 hours.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable. Regular charges apply for reselection.
  • A 25% restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
  • All product exchanges are subject to approval by Healthcare Solutions.
