Some over sized items such as lift chairs, hospital beds, scooters, ramps, tables, heavy gel or liquids or any item with a higher cubic weight may be subject to a fixed higher rate shipping charge.
Please contact us for a shipping quote before purchase at email@example.com. You will always be contacted before payment and shipment on these items.
*Some provinces in Canada may be subject to higher shipping charges due to "remote" locations; such as North West Territories, Nunavut or the Yukon Territories. You will be contacted by our team after you place your order for any additional charges that may be required before shipment.

**Orders to the US may be subject to custom and duties fees.
Healthcare Solutions is not responsible for any charges that occur due to importing, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These custom charges vary and we have no way of estimating these fees. For information on these charges, please contact your local customs office.
Note: Clearance items may be subject to a higher shipping charge due to the fact that it is difficult to absorb the shipping costs when we are already selling at our clearance pricing. You will be contacted by our team before shipment in these circumstances
You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more then 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
