Shipping in Canada

Larger and heavier items may have an additional charge (see heavy items below).

• Oversized items. Lift chairs, hospital beds, scooters, ramps, tables, heavy gels or liquids, and anything with a high cubic weight may have a fixed higher shipping rate. For a quote before you buy, email orders@hcs.ca. We always contact you before payment and shipment on these items.
• Remote areas. The Northwest Territories, Nunavut, the Yukon and other remote locations may have higher shipping charges. We'll contact you after you order about any extra cost before anything ships.

Heavy items: flat rate shipping

Heavy and oversized items like shower commodes, low air loss mattresses, scooters, power chairs, lift chairs, beds, lifts and safety baths ship at a flat rate. After you place your order, our team contacts you to confirm the cost and delivery date. For a heavy item not listed here, contact us for a quote.

Remote areas of Canada have additional shipping charges; please contact us. We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations, and additional restrictions may apply.

Shipping to the United States

• Heavy or oversized items such as weights, walkers, rollators, beds and scooters may be charged actual shipping. After you order, we'll contact you with the best rate to your location.
• Customs and duties. Orders to the US may be subject to customs and duty fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We can't estimate these fees; your local customs office can tell you more.

Good to know

• Clearance items may have a higher shipping charge, since we can't absorb shipping costs at clearance prices. We'll contact you before shipping if this applies.
