The UltraSling III provide immobilization for rotator cuff repairs, capsular shifts, Bankhart repairs, glenohumeral dislocations/subluxation and soft tissue repairs/strains. The De-Rotation Strap hooks to the UltraSling III and prevents internal rotation by securely holding the patients arm in neutral position.
