False marketing
I ordered the Hot/Cold Gel Foot Wrap (Rose Healthcare) product from Health Care Solutions. The box appeared to have been opened, there were no instructions, the manual was missing, and the product itself was the same colour and material but the design was completely different and did not fit my foot at all. I have no idea who this would fit. The hole for the toe area was bigger than the calf, the whole thing was a terrible fit and completely useless. I'm have a size 8 womens, flat swollen feet and swollen ankles with severe osteoarthritis, bone spurs and plantar fasciitis. This was so big it fell off my foot when i lifted it. I'm so upset at the false marketing for this product. It's garbage. Don't buy it.
