TheraLite Aura Therapy Lamp 10,000 LUX LED Sun Lamp

Bring bright, glare-free light into your day with the Theralite Aura Bright Light Therapy Lamp. This 10,000 LUX LED light box delivers UV-free white light designed to support your mood and energy through gloomy days and low-sunlight seasons. Many people incorporate bright light therapy into their daily routine to help feel more alert and refreshed when natural sunlight is limited.

The height- and angle-adjustable stand lets you position the light from above for the intended therapeutic effect, or angle it downward for use as an LED desk lamp at home or in the office. With 168 energy-efficient LEDs and four brightness settings, the Aura adapts to your comfort level, whether you're using it for light therapy or everyday task lighting.

The Theralite Aura uses a clinically tested LED lamp and is designed for those experiencing mild to moderate symptoms associated with reduced light exposure. Bright light therapy is commonly used to help address low mood linked to seasonal changes, shift-work adjustment, and jet lag. Individual results may vary.

How It Works

Bright light therapy uses timed doses of bright white light to help supplement reduced natural light exposure. The Theralite Aura is designed to be used in sessions to help support mood and energy during darker seasons or irregular schedules. For best results, it is recommended projecting the light from above rather than directly into the eyes.

Indications

• Low mood associated with seasonal changes (e.g., the "winter blues" / Seasonal Affective Disorder)
• Irregular sleeping patterns
• Jet lag
• Shift-work adjustment

Consult a healthcare professional before use, particularly if you have an eye condition, a mood disorder such as bipolar disorder, or take medication that increases light sensitivity.
