Our price match guarantee is designed to ensure you get the best value. If you find a lower price on an identical product from a competitor, follow our process below:

For in-store purchases, simply bring along proof of the competitor's lower price, such as a printed flyer or a website link (please note that screenshots are not accepted). After verifying the details, we'll gladly honour the lower price when you make your purchase.

For online orders, please send an email to info@hcs.ca with the subject line "Price Match Request". In your email, kindly provide the following information: your name, email address, phone number, the product you wish to price match, the competitor's price and website, and confirmation if the competitor's price includes shipping costs. Additionally, if you have any supplementary documents such as flyers or brochures, please attach them to the email. Our team will review your request and aim to get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.

We are committed to providing you with the best prices on all of our products for both online and in-store. To qualify for price matching, the products must be identical to those offered by competitors. This means they should have the exact unit of measure, model, colour, or dimensions.

We will match the prices of all registered Canadian retailers. It's important to note that we will only honour competitors who ship from and within Canada and have a dedicated shipping information page on their website. We do not price match products that are shipped from outside of Canada.

We understand the importance of timely responses. Typically, our team reviews and processes price match requests the same day for in-store purchases and 1 to 2 business days for online orders.

Once you've submitted your request, our dedicated team will verify the details and notify you as soon as we can.

For in-store purchases, after verifying the details, we'll honour the lower price when you make your purchase.

For online orders, after our team reviews your request,you will receive an email notification on how to proceed with your online order with the lower price.

Once you purchase our product with the lower price, we are unable to offer additional price matches.

We are dedicated to ensuring that our Price Match Guarantee is as inclusive as possible. To be eligible for price matching, the products must meet the following criteria:

• Sold by a registered Canadian retailer.
• Sold by a competitor who ships from and within Canada and has a dedicated shipping information page on their website.
• They must be identical to the products offered by our competitors. This includes having the exact unit of measure, model, colour, or dimensions.
• If it's subscription pricing, rest assured that we can also beat the pricing for subscription products. Our goal is to provide you with the most competitive pricing for the products you need.

Yes, our Price Match Guarantee applies to both online and in-store purchases.

No, you may only select one offer at a time. Our Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
