Truly, Heel-ed the Pain!
I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis for over 6 weeks and doing exercises, stretches and using another brand of full sole inserts in shoes. Chantal, at HealthCare Northgate, recommended this product as she had also experienced similar foot issues. I am very grateful because the MKO inserts have dramatically improved the discomfort in a few days and I know with continued use of the inserts and the commitment to exercise, will alleviate the pain.
