The Evolution Trillium Walker is a four-wheel walking aid built for everyday use indoors and outdoors. A quilted padded seat cushion and an extra-wide contoured back strap pad support the user at rest, and the concealed-cable brake system is designed to be simple to adjust and maintain.

Offset rear forks open up the space behind the frame to accommodate a wider gait. The walker folds side to side for storage and transport, and the seat cushion, basket and hand grips all remove for cleaning or replacement.

Available in Mini, Regular and Tall seat heights, in a range of colours, with an optional extended handle set on Regular and Tall.

How It Works

Squeezing the loop handles applies the wheel brakes; pushing the loops down engages the parking brake so the walker holds position while the user sits. Handle height adjusts through the stated range for the size selected, and the optional extended handles raise that range further on Regular and Tall frames.

Directions for Use

• Unfold the walker fully and confirm the frame is locked open before use.
• Set the handle height so the handles sit at the crease of the wrist with the user standing upright, arms relaxed.
• Confirm both handles are set to the same height and fully secured before the walker is loaded.
• Engage both parking brakes before sitting.
• Do not use the walker until both handle heights are locked in position.

Safety Information

• Weight capacity depends on the size selected: 300 lbs (136 kg) for Mini and Regular, 350 lbs (159 kg) for Tall.
• Do not exceed the weight capacity for the size purchased.
• Do not sit on the seat until both parking brakes are engaged and the walker is on a level surface.
• Do not use the walker as a wheelchair or allow anyone to push a seated user.
• Do not use the walker on stairs or escalators.
• Do not hang bags or loads from the handles, as this can affect stability.

Care Instructions

• Wipe the frame with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
• Spot clean the seat cushion, back strap pad and basket with mild soap and water.
• Check wheels, brakes and handle adjustment mechanisms periodically and tighten or replace as needed.

Sizing

Size is chosen by handle height. With the user standing upright in their usual footwear, arms relaxed at their sides, measure from the floor to the crease of the wrist and select the size whose range includes that measurement, ideally near the middle so there is room to adjust either way. Seat height should let the user sit with feet flat and knees at roughly a right angle. The extended handle option raises the handle range without changing the seat height, so it suits taller users who still need a lower seat.

1867 Canada Day Limited Edition

Two colourways make up the 1867 Canada Day limited edition: pearl white with blue wheels, and imperial blue with grey wheels. Both are built on the standard Trillium frame and share its specifications, and both ship with a commemorative maple leaf cup holder and a handle-mounted wire basket in addition to the zippered under-seat storage bag.
