Drive Medical Aquasense Knurled Chrome Grab Bar with Rotating Flange

The Drive Medical AquaSense Knurled Chrome Grab Bar with Rotating Flange is a wall-mounted support bar designed to provide a secure handhold when entering, exiting or moving around the bathroom. The knurled surface is machined directly into the bar to give a textured grip that stays usable when hands are wet or soapy.

Rotating flanges at each end allow the bar to be mounted vertically, horizontally or diagonally, so the mounting holes can be aligned with the wall structure without changing the orientation of the bar itself. The chrome finish is intended to resist rust and corrosion in high-humidity bathroom environments, and stainless steel mounting hardware is included.

Five lengths are available to suit different placements, including tub and shower entries, alongside toilets, and along hallways or stairwells. Select the required length from the options above.

Features

• Knurled gripping surface machined into the bar for added traction when hands are wet
• Rotating flanges allow vertical, horizontal or diagonal mounting
• Chrome finish designed to resist rust and corrosion in humid bathroom conditions
• Concealed-look flange design with a smooth, wipe-clean profile
• Stainless steel mounting hardware included
• Available in five lengths for a range of placements
• Suitable for use in bathrooms, hallways, stairwells and bedrooms

How It Works

The flange at each end of the bar rotates independently of the bar. This allows the mounting holes to be turned to line up with wall studs or solid blocking while the bar stays in the orientation you need, which gives more flexibility in placement than a fixed-flange bar of the same length.

Safety Information

• Do not mount this grab bar to drywall, tile or plaster alone. It must be anchored into wall studs or solid structural blocking.
• Do not exceed the stated weight capacity.
• Do not use the grab bar as a step, a foothold, or a support for a transfer it was not installed to handle.
• Do not use the grab bar if any flange screw is loose or if the bar moves, rotates or flexes under load.
• Check all fasteners regularly and retighten as needed.
• Inspect the bar and flanges for damage or corrosion before each use.
• Refer to the manufacturer's instructions supplied with the product for the complete list of warnings and installation requirements.

Sizing

Measure the available wall space at the intended mounting height, then confirm that wall studs or solid blocking fall within that span so both flanges can be anchored. Allow additional clearance beyond the bar length for the flanges and for hand access at each end.
