The Coloplast SenSura Mio Click 2-Piece Drainable Pouch is a drainable ostomy bag that connects to a separate SenSura Mio Click baseplate through a mechanical Click coupling. Because the bag and the baseplate are separate, the pouch can be changed without removing the baseplate from the skin.

The Click coupling is applied with a single gentle press, and a lock ring closes with an audible click so the connection can be confirmed by sound as well as by feel. The coupling is designed to stay leak-tight through the wear period and to sit flat under clothing.

SenSura Mio pouches use an elastic adhesive baseplate designed to move with the body, a textile cover intended to stay discreet under clothing, and a full-circle filter with a pre-filter layer.

How It Works

The adhesive baseplate is worn against the skin and stays in place across several bag changes. The elastic adhesive is designed to stretch and retract as the body moves, helping to maintain contact around the stoma. The drainable bag attaches to that baseplate through the Click coupling: the bag is pressed onto the coupling ring until the lock ring engages with an audible click, and the bag can be released and replaced without lifting the baseplate. The full-circle filter vents gas through a carbon layer, with the pre-filter positioned to keep feces away from the carbon and membrane so airflow lasts longer through the wear period.

Compatibility

This pouch fits SenSura Mio Click baseplates only. It does not connect to SenSura Mio Flex baseplates, which use a different coupling. The coupling size on the bag must match the coupling size on the baseplate. Baseplates are sold separately.
