Die-cut castellations in the high-density foam are designed to contour closely to the body and promote consistent pressure distribution, intended to help reduce the risk of pressure injuries. A sloped memory foam heel section with air channels beneath is designed to redistribute pressure away from the heels, and a firm perimeter is intended to support getting in and out of bed. The multi-directional stretch cover is water-resistant.

How It Works

The die-cut castellations divide the foam surface into individual cells that can compress independently, allowing the surface to follow the body's contours and spread weight over a larger contact area. At the foot end, the sloped memory foam heel section lowers the heels relative to the rest of the leg, and the air channels beneath it are designed to further offload the heels and allow air to circulate. The firmer perimeter is designed to provide a stable surface when sitting on the side of the bed or transferring.

Cleaning and Care

Normal care: Wipe the top and bottom of the cover clean with soap and warm water. Dry before use.

Difficult cleaning areas: First follow the normal care steps. Then, using a soft sponge or cloth, apply a liquid cleaning agent diluted according to the cleaning agent manufacturer's instructions.

Cleaning agents: Phenolic or quaternary type disinfectants are recommended. Follow the disinfectant manufacturer's instructions for concentrations, contact times and rinsing methods. A scented agent is recommended.

• Do not launder the mattress cover. Laundering the cover will void the warranty.
• Do not use bleach as a cleaning agent. Using bleach will void the warranty.
