Action 1/2" Adaptive Flat Pad

The Adaptive Flat Pad by Action Products is a versatile comfort solution designed for both traditional and non-traditional seating needs. Made with Akton® viscoelastic polymer, this pad helps distribute weight and heat evenly, reducing pressure points and improving comfort in everyday seating situations. Whether you need spot protection or additional support, the Adaptive Flat Pad offers dependable cushioning that adapts to your body’s movement.

About Akton® Polymer Technology

Action Products pioneered the use of polymer materials for pressure sore prevention and comfort support. The unique Akton® polymer used in the Adaptive Flat Pad is often compared to gel, but it performs far better. It’s durable, easy to maintain, and designed to provide consistent support without leaking, bottoming out, or requiring adjustment.

Applications

The Adaptive Flat Pad has multiple uses beyond traditional seating. It can be customized for spot protection or cushioning in mobility devices, wheelchairs, braces, or medical supports. When used as a cushion, the Adaptive Flat Pad is intended for comfort only and not as a medical device for pressure management.
