sharp lateral eyelets

zero stars for this product. lateral eyelets are not smooth, they are actually quite sharp and caused urethral bleeding when I used these catheters. painful cathetering is not worth the low price point, in my opinion.

Excellent customer service

My overall experience buying this product was great. I accidentally ordered the wrong kind, (female instead of male) but didn't realize this until I had placed the order. So all it took was a quick conversation with the staff at the south location here and it was sorted out. Awesome help and understanding people
