Arraby's Aromatherapy Drift off to Sleep Lavender Blend is a breathe-in blend of essential oils in a sweet almond carrier oil, held in a jar for direct inhalation or to scent a room. The blend combines lavender, bergamot, marjoram, orange, patchouli, vetiver and ylang ylang essential oils, and is designed to be opened at bedtime, breathed in, and left open near where you sleep overnight.

Directions for Use

1. Open the jar at bedtime.
2. Hold the jar close to your nose.
3. Take 4-5 deep breaths.
4. Leave it open near where you will be sleeping, such as a headboard or nightstand.
5. Close in the morning.
6. Repeat each night.

Scent strength: Place the jar where it will be exposed to airflow, and experiment with locations. If you find the scent too strong, partially cover the jar mouth with a piece of plastic food wrap.

Handling: The product is liquid and can stain furniture and fabric. Open carefully. Do not spill. If spilled, wipe up immediately. A small plate can be used to catch spills.

Maintenance

To keep the scent fresh, twice monthly close and gently shake the jar, or use a spoon or fork to press the sponge down. This will refresh the jar.
