Coloplast Sensura Mio 2-Piece Flex Pouch, Drainable, Midi, Black with Inspection Window, Flange 2" (50mm) - Box of 10

The Coloplast SenSura® Mio Flex 2-Piece Drainable Pouch is designed for ostomates seeking a secure, discreet, and comfortable fit throughout the day. The bag is separate from the baseplate and connects via the Flex coupling system — a flat, flexible, and secure mechanism designed to adapt to body contours — so the pouch can be replaced without disturbing the baseplate. The elastic adhesive is designed to stretch and retract with the body’s natural movements, helping to maintain a consistent seal during everyday activities.

Features

• Flex coupling system is designed to be flat, discreet, and flexible enough to adapt to body contours
• Elastic adhesive designed to stretch and retract with the body’s natural movements for a consistent fit

• 2-piece design allows the bag to be changed independently without disturbing the baseplate
• Available with coupling systems of 1.4 in (35 mm), 2 in (50 mm), or 2.8 in (70 mm)

How It Works

SenSura® Mio uses an elastic adhesive baseplate designed to mimic the natural elasticity of skin. As the body moves, the adhesive is intended to flex and retract accordingly, helping to maintain a secure seal. The Flex coupling connects the drainable pouch to the baseplate with a flat, low-profile click system that is designed to be discreet under clothing. The full-circle filter incorporates a pre-filter layer designed to protect the inner carbon and membrane components from contact with feces, which may help reduce clogging and extend effective airflow — intended to reduce ballooning during wear and at night.

Indications

The SenSura® Mio Flex 2-Piece Drainable Pouch is intended for use by individuals with a colostomy, ileostomy, or urostomy who require a drainable pouching system.
