The Contesa Homecare Bed is designed to support quality care while balancing functionality, comfort, and modern design. It provides essential nursing features in a standard-size configuration, making it suitable for residential care, long-term care, and home care environments.
The bed frame lowers to approximately 4" from the floor to help reduce the risk of falls and associated injuries. It raises to a full nursing height of approximately 29", helping reduce strain on caregivers during daily care tasks.
The standard bed length measures approximately 78.7", with the option to extend to 86.6" using an optional length extension to better accommodate taller residents.
Integrated profiling functions help reduce pressure and enhance comfort. The auto-contour position raises the headrest and leg rest simultaneously to support positioning and minimize shear. A chair-like comfort position supports upright activities, assists with repositioning, and promotes overall user comfort.
