Measure the length and width of the area you want to treat, then choose the size that covers it.

Directions for Use

Cold therapy: Place the pack in the freezer for at least 1 hour before use.

Heat therapy: Warm the pack in the microwave. 

Place the dark blue side against the treatment area for gradual, sustained therapy, or the light blue side for more direct therapy, then secure the pack with the strap.
