Formthotics Sport Run Single Layer insoles are designed to place the feet in a naturally supported, comfortable position to help support a faster run pace for longer. The thermoformable foam moulds to the unique shape of each foot, aiming to improve shoe fit and comfort, promote more even weight distribution, and help absorb shock. Run Single is best suited to walking, trail, or road running shoes, and is ideal for footwear with less internal volume, such as tighter-fitting race shoes. It's also a good option when transitioning to minimalist footwear.

How It Works

Formthotics use a biomechanical design paired with thermoformable foam to create a load-spreading contact between the foot and the orthotic. This is intended to support balance, stability, and sensory feedback (proprioception) during movement. The design aims to keep the foot strong and stable, helping the limb and knee stay aligned over the foot to support efficient forward movement.

Closed-cell foam resists moisture and is easy to wipe clean. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct heat sources other than the initial in-store heat-moulding fitting, as this may affect the shape of the insole.
