Very disappointed/ uncomfortable chair/ poor quality
After having it one month, the leg lift did not raise more than 30 degrees. So forget about the options for TV, Sleep, Zero Gravity. My salesperson is trying to figure out why the motor is not working and trying to deal with Golden in the USA. This is a poorly designed chair. It looks attractive but it is not comfortable. The lumbar cushion (separate motor), protrudes out so much that you body is pushed forward so your bottom does not feel like it is fully supported on the chair’s seat. The head/neck articulation is another useless feature involving another motor. You would need to be very tall for the neck articulation to meet the right spot. I updated to the Brisa fabric which feels good but the actual colour does not match the brochure. I thought I was getting a navy blue but it turned out to be a medium blue. This is my second Golden chair after 8 years and I believe there is a profound deterioration in quality. Certainly not worth the money!
