The Medline Guardian Toilet Safety Rail gives a person something solid to push up from and lower down onto at the toilet. It mounts to the bowl rather than the wall, so it needs no drilling and can be moved or taken out again.

Both the height and the width between the armrests adjust, so the rail can be set to suit the person using it and fitted over a standard toilet or one with a raised seat already on it. The armrests rotate back out of the way, which clears the space for a transfer from a wheelchair or for a caregiver to assist.
