The Monster Vita X S12 is a four-wheel mobility scooter built for use beyond paved surfaces. It runs large pneumatic wheels with a deep tread pattern, and independent front and adjustable rear suspension, so it holds a line on gravel, grass, packed snow and uneven ground rather than only on sidewalks and indoor floors.

The seat is a rotating captain's seat with lumbar support, adjustable for the rider's position, on a frame finished in metallic black with red suspension components and red stitching. Two tire sets are supplied, one for road use and one for snow.

This is a full-size outdoor scooter rather than a portable or travel model. It does not disassemble for transport, and at its stated weight it needs a ramp and a vehicle or trailer rated to carry it.
