How It Works

The LDK Walking immobilises the ankle at a fixed 90° angle using a rigid frame with bilateral vertical struts. After opening the front panel and unfolding the liner, the foot and leg are placed inside and the foam liner is wrapped snugly around the foot and leg. The foot is then slid into the walking frame, spreading the struts gently, and the malleoli are centred to the struts before the front panel is reapplied. Four straps are then secured from bottom to top. Optional pad kits can be placed between the walking frame and liner for additional cushioning or fit adjustment.
