Description
Description
The Relaxus Go Easy Toilet Footrest is designed to help support a more natural, squatting-style posture while using the toilet. Positioning the feet on the footrest may help relax the puborectalis muscle and align the colon for a more direct, less strained bowel movement. The footrest folds flat for compact storage and includes a motion-sensor LED night light for convenient use after dark. Individual results may vary.
Features
- Motion-sensor LED night light with on/off switch (requires 3 x AA batteries, not included)
- Non-slip top surface and non-slip floor grip base
- Folds down to 3.5 in (9 cm) high for compact storage
- Curved design fits around most standard toilet bowls
- Natural, drug-free approach to supporting bowel movements
- Designed for seated use only; not intended for standing
How It Works
Sitting with the feet raised on the Go Easy Footrest brings the body into a crouched, squat-like position. This posture may help relax the puborectalis muscle and straighten the colon, creating a more direct route that may help ease constipation and promote easier elimination. Individual results may vary.
