The Slo-Foam™ Hand Exerciser is an open-cell foam block designed for low-resistance hand strengthening, grip and finger flexion exercises. The slow-recovery foam is suitable for use in water, including contrast baths and aquatic hand exercises.
Three colour-coded resistances, X-Soft, Soft and Medium, are intended to support a graded hand exercise program, so you can move up a level as your grip builds.
Not made with natural rubber latex.
