Simple, Effective Home Fitness Equipment
It might seem outdated, but a good solid jump rope is actually one of my favorite pieces of home fitness equipment. It works out cardio, aerobics, your legs, and a ton of other key areas. When you're done, just shove it in a drawer or something. You can't do that with a dumbbell.
