The Stander Wonder EZ Adjust Bed Rail is an adjustable safety bed rail designed to help reduce the risk of falls and assist with sitting and standing at the bedside. The rail extends in length from 20 to 30 inches to provide full-side fall protection, and the support handle gives a stable grip point when getting in or out of bed. It is one of the few adult portable bed rails on the market to have passed the ASTM F3186-17 Safety Standard Specification for Adult Portable Bed Rails.

Installation requires no tools — a safety strap secures the rail around the bed frame to keep it firmly in place during use. It is compatible with traditional beds (box spring, platform, or slatted base) with mattress heights between 10 and 14 inches, in sizes from Twin to California King. It is not compatible with adjustable base beds or extra-soft mattresses.

A built-in multi-pocket organiser pouch attaches to the rail for convenient bedside storage of essentials such as a phone, TV remote, glasses, or medication. Assembly is required before first use — a full instruction manual is available for download below.
