The U-Step 2 Walking Stabilizer is a walker designed specifically for people with neurological conditions, where stability and control matter most. Its patented U-shaped base rides on seven wheels and surrounds the user on all sides, with most of the weight low in the base for a low center of gravity. The main turning wheels sit toward the middle of the base for a tight turning circle. It is designed to help reduce the risk of falls and support more confident walking indoors and out.

The U-Step 2 uses a reversed braking system: it stays stopped until you lightly squeeze a hand brake to roll, and stops the moment you release — helpful when rising from a chair, so the walker does not roll away. This is particularly useful for users who may not have the strength or awareness to stop a walker with a conventional brake. Rolling resistance is adjustable for those who find other walkers roll too fast, and a spring-loaded front caster glides over thresholds and sidewalk cracks without jolting.
