Directions for Use

Heat in a clean microwave with a freely rotating turntable for up to 90 seconds, following the heating guide attached to the product. Let the pad return to room temperature before reheating. To use as a cool pack, seal it in a freezer bag and freeze for 2 to 3 hours.

Care Instructions

Surface wash only with a lightly damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or wash in a washing machine, as this will damage the filling.
